Laser Hair Removal

Treatment is planned around CLARITY II after assessing the area and hair characteristics, using 755nm Alexandrite and 1064nm Nd:YAG dual wavelengths.

Laser Hair Removal

Using CLARITY II 755nm Alexandrite and 1064nm Nd:YAG, treatment is tailored to skin tone, hair thickness and density, and treatment area. Because hairs respond differently across growth cycles, complete removal is not achieved in one session and multiple sessions are usually needed.

Possible Reactions After Treatment

Immediately after treatment, redness, perifollicular swelling, or warmth may occur and is usually temporary. Tingling, itching, or dryness may also occur depending on the area.

Possible Side Effects
  • Rarely, blistering, burns, crusting, or peeling may occur.
  • Darker skin or recent tanning may increase the risk of temporary hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation.
  • A temporary folliculitis- or acne-like eruption may occur.
  • Very rarely, paradoxical hair growth with coarser hair around the treated area has been reported.
Avoid tanning before and after treatment and avoid plucking hair between sessions. Persistent reactions, blistering, or severe pain should be evaluated by medical staff.
