After assessing facial structure and concerns, we plan contouring and tightening treatment. Depending on the condition, SHURINK Universe, ONDA, VOLNEWMER, botulinum toxin, and contour injections may be considered.

Contour & Lifting

We assess facial fat distribution, skin thickness and elasticity, and muscle development, then select or combine HIFU (SHURINK Universe), RF (VOLNEWMER), ONDA, botulinum toxin, or contour injections. Energy-based and injectable treatments act at different layers and for different purposes, so the plan is individualized after examination.

Possible Reactions After Treatment

Energy-based treatments may cause warmth, redness, tenderness, swelling, or tightness; injections may cause bruising, swelling, or injection-site pain. Most improve with time.

Possible Side Effects
  • Rarely, HIFU/RF/microwave treatments may cause burns, blisters, reduced sensation or tingling, persistent tenderness, or fat atrophy.
  • Depending on the injection area, botulinum toxin may temporarily cause facial asymmetry, changes in chewing strength, brow or eyelid droop, or an asymmetric smile.
  • Contour or lipolysis injections may cause swelling, bruising, firmness, or tenderness; depending on the agent and area, inflammation or skin injury may occur.
  • Pre-existing facial structure and asymmetry may remain after treatment, and the degree of change may differ from expectations.
Aftercare varies by procedure; instructions are provided according to the device or medication used that day.
