SHINE YOUNG PROGRAM

Scars & Pores

Combination treatment is planned according to scar type, depth, and pore condition, considering LUCAS MLA fractional treatment, AVVIO Er:YAG, SYLFIRM X, and subcision.

Scars & Pores

Atrophic scars vary by shape and depth, including ice-pick, boxcar, and rolling types, while pores are influenced by sebum, elasticity, and scarring. LUCAS MLA fractional treatment, AVVIO Er:YAG, SYLFIRM X, and subcision may be combined as needed.

Recovery Process

After LUCAS MLA fractional or microneedle RF treatment, redness, warmth, swelling, fine crusting, and rough texture may persist for several days. Scar improvement occurs gradually through skin remodeling and often requires multiple sessions.

Possible Side Effects
  • After LUCAS MLA fractional treatment, redness, warmth, swelling, fine crusting, or rough texture may occur; post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation may persist depending on skin condition and treatment intensity.
  • Rarely, infection, herpes simplex reactivation, persistent redness, hypopigmentation, or new scarring may occur.
  • Subcision commonly causes bruising, swelling, and tenderness; hematoma, surface irregularity, and rarely nerve or vascular injury may occur.
  • Microneedle RF may cause pinpoint bleeding, crusting, or warmth; rarely, burns, pigment changes, or grid-like marks may persist.
Do not forcibly remove peeling skin or crusts after treatment. Maintain moisturization and sun protection. Increasing pain, heat, or oozing during recovery requires medical evaluation.
